During the festive season, FoodCycle Salford will be open on 7th and 14th December. We will be closed on 21st and 28th December, resuming normal service from 4th January 2022.

Come and enjoy company and conversation with others from your local area over a delicious meal, prepared with care by FoodCycle volunteers.

Everyone is welcome, no matter your background or circumstances. No referral needed, just turn up.

Welcoming volunteers and COVID safety measures in place. Please remember to wear a face covering inside the building.

FoodCycle Salford is only made possible with the great volunteers giving their time, enthusiasm and energy. We have opportunities available for people to come along and cook, host guests and be involved in collecting the surplus food donations from local suppliers.

Finding us is easy! You can take the number 50 bus from central Manchester to right outside the venue, or hop on the tram to Langworthy (and it’s a 6 minute walk). We’re close to Weaste, Seedly and Pendleton.

You don’t need to have any previous cooking experience, although if you do that is just as welcome! We want as many local volunteers as possible and everyone is welcome to be a part of the team.

Please email [email protected] if you need more information.
