FoodCycle Salford Langworthy is one of the newest FoodCycle projects and is based in Langworthy in west Manchester. We serve a tasty, three-course, community meal made out of surplus food each Tuesday at 6 pm.

FoodCycle Salford Langworthy is only made possible with the great volunteers giving their time, enthusiasm and energy. We have opportunities available for people to come along and cook, host guests and be involved in collecting the surplus food donations from local suppliers.

Finding us is easy! You can take the number 50 bus from central Manchester to right outside the venue, or hop on the tram to Langworthy (and it’s a 6 minute walk). We’re close to Weaste, Seedly and Pendleton.

You don’t need to have any previous cooking experience, although if you do that is just as welcome! We want as many local volunteers as possible and everyone is welcome to be a part of the team.

Please email [email protected] if you need more information.
